Digital Products

All items sold in this shop are instant digital downloads. No physical products will be shipped. After payment is completed, you will receive immediate access to your files.

File Access & Delivery

Digital files are typically available instantly after purchase. In rare cases of technical issues, access will be provided as soon as possible.

Customer Support

If you experience any issues with your order or downloading your files, please contact us. We aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products, all sales are final. However, if you experience any problem with your order, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Usage Rights

CherryStitch offers restored vintage craft patterns. These are digital reproductions of historical designs made available for modern use.
